The focus of this workshop is Building Empathy via Dialectical Thinking.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- What a dialectical perspective entails and how to see situations dialectically
- Ways to notice and get unstuck from thinking errors that keep us polarized
- Skills for empathizing with your loved one as a way to increase connection and understanding
- Practices for seeing situations and challenges from multiple sides in order to find a middle path
Cost: $50 for 1 participant and $25 for each additional friend or family member
