Do you have a loved one who struggles to regulate their emotions, communicate effectively, reduce impulsive behaviors, and reach their goals?

Join us to learn skills to increase your awareness and understanding of ways to support your loved one in building their life worth living.

The focus of this workshop is Distress Tolerance.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • What happens in our brains and bodies when we become emotionally dysregulated
  • How to validate one’s emotions and experience of distress
  • The value in effectively getting through challenging situations and experiences without making things worse
  • Specific DBT skills for slowing down reactivity, changing one’s body chemistry, practicing effective distraction, making a difficult moment more tolerable, and self-soothing


Cost: $50 for 1 participant and $25 for each additional friend or family member
