Join us to learn skills to increase your awareness and understanding of ways to support your loved one in building their life worth living.

 

The focus of this workshop is How to Live Life from Wise Mind.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • The benefits of mindfulness in our own lives and during interactions with our loved one
  • The DBT Mindfulness “What” and “How” skills
  • How practicing mindfulness allows us to access Wise Mind
  • Skills for tapping into wise mind and making values-based decisions
  • Practices for responding from wise mind in order to improve relationships and increase connection

Cost: $50 for 1 participant and $25 for each additional friend or family member
